How it started
The bank supports enterprises, retail clients, and government entities in their energy transition endeavors. Our initial work consisted of implementing a business process management (BPM) tool across the bank, its branches, and subsidiaries.
Subsequently, we developed, and are in the process of delivering, a customer-facing tool that allows the bank’s customers to instantly forecast the potential costs of their energy transition. It also allows to understand financing and pre-financing options, and estimate applicable government subsidies based on their specific case. Internally, the bank utilizes our tool to quickly validate the customers’ needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, the tool also allows the bank to efficiently manage its third-party partners and service providers
How it’s going

Our company is aggregating the newly acquired data and existing data sources to launch a prediction tool that leverages machine learning to accurately predict a number of key events. These include the:
- Projected duration of a future energy transition project,
- Eventual ecological footprint associated with a project,
- Likelihood of a customer’s success or failure in their energy transition,
- Actions that are likely to yield greater reward for third-party partners, among others.
Through our work, administrative tasks for third-party partners are streamlined, customers enjoy personalized experiences, and the bank benefits from simplified reporting and forecasting processes, enabling informed decision-making.
